How to Operate？

Long press the switch over 3 secends to turn on/off the power, and then short press to change the temperature settings.
When the color of the button changes to red, green and blue in turn, it will provide the temperature of 45°C-55°C-65°C/95°F-113°F-131°F. The button color will be red when the power turn on, then it will come to blue after 5 minutes without human intervention.
Long pressing the switch over 3 secends can turn off the power under these three heating levels.

A great product for winter

We used it during the early mornings of this week’s cold weather in South Dakota during my morning dog walk at the park and the scarf was warm consistently for that hour of usage and beyond. I believe most people during winter would only stay outside for no more than a few hours, which the powerbank should be able to cover the time needed. The best thing is that the powerbank is not permanently attached to the scarf, which allow you to have the option of switching to other bigger or smaller powerbanks and connect that via the USB cord inside the scarf opening.
I think the product works great and would recommend this especially to folks who live in the northern hemisphere.

Great little heated neck wrap!!

I absolutely love this heated neck wrap. I realize this is not a permanent fix to continuous neck pain but, it does help with the stiffness in my neck! I aim to use this at least twice a day, if not definitely once a day. I have let a few friends try it, and they love it as well!! I highly recommend (knowing it's temporary only) for relief of minimal neck pain and stiffness.

I am so surprised that this thing has lasted so long. I have used it for a couple of years and nearly every night. I have neck problems and the heat helps the muscles to relax. I have also used in other small areas. The battery charge lasts a long time and you can use the battery pack for other items. I noticed that some others have had issues but I haven't had any issues and totally love this product.

Much Better than Microwave Scarf

Had used a microwave product for my neck pain, particularly when it is cool or cold outside. Found it cumbersome and timely to have to reheat it for each use. Was leaving on a trip and felt I did not wish to be without my heated scarf when I discovered this one which is battery operated. What a blessing! One charge gives me numerous long periods of use at even the Highest heat setting. Great product. Bought a second one for a backup, so I have the scarf ready whenever needed.

I had really bad neck pain for DAYS hard to even move it. Was using a rice bag, but that's inconvenient to hold it and reheat it constantly. So I got this and love it. It is so nice and soothing and really is helping with my neck pain 10/10 recommend!.
